DM Consultancy provides training, consultancy, and products with the goal of supporting agribusiness success. We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damages resulting from the misuse of our services, farm inputs, or digital products. Farmers and clients are responsible for applying the training and recommendations in accordance with local regulations and best practices.

Service and Training Policy

All training materials, videos, and consultancy sessions provided by DM Consultancy are for educational purposes. Sharing or reselling them without written consent is prohibited. Clients must follow scheduled training programs and payment terms as agreed before participation.

Product Quality and Compatibility

We strive to supply quality fingerlings, fish feed, and agricultural inputs that meet industry standards. Product performance may vary depending on environmental factors, water quality, or farm conditions. DM Consultancy does not guarantee results that depend on external factors beyond our control.

Delivery

Farm input deliveries or digital training materials will be provided after payment confirmation. Physical products are delivered to the provided address within agreed timelines. If delays occur, clients will be notified.

Ownership

All training content, consultancy materials, and website content remain the property of DM Consultancy. Clients are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any materials without permission

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, following recommended farming practices, and ensuring safety during farm operations. DM Consultancy will not be responsible for losses due to non-compliance with expert guidance.

Updates and Improvements

DM Consultancy may update training materials, farm techniques, or consultancy procedures to improve quality and effectiveness. Clients will be informed of major updates relevant to their service package.

Support

We offer customer support through our office, phone, email, or social media platforms. Support covers technical assistance, product inquiries, and consultancy scheduling.

Price Changes

DM Consultancy reserves the right to adjust prices for services and products based on market conditions or operational costs. Clients will be informed of major changes before renewal or purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to cases where a paid service or product cannot be delivered as agreed. Requests must be made within 7 days of payment with valid proof. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
